3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed as follows:

5. Exchange Policy

- If the replacement item costs more than the original item, we will request the difference to be paid.
- If the replacement item costs less, we will issue a refund for the difference.
