We offer international shipping to select countries. The available countries and regions are listed at checkout, and the shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination.

  • International Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the country, typically within 7-14 business days.
  • International Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 3-7 business days.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees that are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the shipping method selected, the size and weight of the items, and the destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders over $100. This offer is valid only for domestic orders and may not apply to international shipments.
  • International Orders: Shipping fees for international orders vary and will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that some items, such as custom products or backordered items, may require additional processing time.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

7.1 Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation. If the package cannot be located, we will assist you in filing a claim and issuing a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

7.2 Damaged Packages

When contacting us regarding damaged items, please provide the following:

8. International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, you are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by the destination country. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are not included in the price of the product or shipping.

9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We do accept orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. However, some shipping methods may not be available for these addresses. You will be notified during checkout if a particular shipping method cannot be used.

10. Returns and Exchanges
